This blog is devoted to Galya Sarner’s culinary initiative called Galya Loves Food, which is based on her expertise in and passion for Israeli cuisine. Without any pretense of objectivity, it’s written by her husband, Robert Sarner, who’s had the good fortune to have savoured Galya’s wonderful culinary creations every day for more than 30 years. During that time, he’s marvelled at her boundless knowledge about Israeli food and her creativity in making such tasty dishes. Like with Galya herself, Galya Loves Food seeks to share with as many people as possible the pleasure derived from great Israeli cuisine.
