With great excitement, I’m now joining the blogosphere. For my first blog, I’m focusing on something close to home that I hope will be of interest to anyone who likes to learn about great food in general, and Israeli food in particular.
Long married to an Israeli master of Israeli food, Galya Sarner, and having lived in Israel for 14 years, I’ve savored quality fare of that country for much of my adult life.
When not eating well, I’ve been a journalist in Canada, France and Israel and I’ve also worked in corporate communications and public affairs.
In the coming weeks and months, I will cover Galya’s expertise and passion for Israeli food, provide useful information on Israeli cuisine in its many manifestations and spotlight why it has become increasingly popular around the world.
